5. Bookings and Payments

Payments are required in advance to confirm your booking.
Prices for services are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Client Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service may not be refunded.
Provider Cancellations: In the rare event Moon Child Goddess needs to cancel a session, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or a full refund.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and courteously during all Moon Child Goddess activities. Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.

8. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information provided to Moon Child Goddess will be used solely for service delivery and communication purposes. We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

9. Intellectual Property
